Payment

  • Payment for breaks must be made in advance.

  • We accept payment via Apple Pay, Paypal, Stripe, Venmo & Zelle.

  • Payments are non-refundable, except in the case of a cancelled break.

Shipping and Delivery

  • We will ship any cards won during a break within 1-5 business days.

  • Shipping is free for USA customers

  • International shipping costs will be calculated based on the shipping address and the value of the cards won.

  • Returns

  • All sales are final.

  • In the unlikely event that a card is damaged during a break, we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement card of equal value.

Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for any injury or damage to property that may occur during a break.

  • We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items during a break.

Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes between us and you will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

  • The arbitration will take place in California.

  • The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding on both parties.

Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California.

  • Any legal action arising from or relating to these terms and conditions shall be filed in the courts of Alameda County, CA.
